Chang La Valley Nature and Caravan Trail
Heading eastward from Simikot to Thehe and Dozam village, the trail takes you to the Chang River. Through lush valleys of medicinal/herbal forest and wild animals you reach to have enigmatic view of Changla (6,900m) and the pristine lakes and peaks in its periphery. The trail winds through Limi Valley and circulates back into Simikot through Tangin and Hepka village. This is a route used by ancient traders and caravan, and now by the herders.
